The 5 Least Ethical Values According to 135,000 Data Points
We have 135,796 individual value scores in our database. Each one is derived from court filings, regulatory actions, investigative journalism, and NGO reports across 5,300+ companies and 11 ethical values.
Here is how corporate behaviour actually breaks down.

The Top 3 Failures
Climate, weapons, and waste form a tier of their own. All three exceed 90% negative. These are systemic failures, not isolated problems.
Planet-Friendly carries both the highest failure rate and the worst average score at -14.9. The corporate world is, by the data, overwhelmingly failing on environmental performance.
No War, No Weapons matches the 91% failure rate but has a less severe average (-5.9) because many companies score exactly 0 -- they simply have no connection to weapons, positive or negative.
The One Bright Spot
Respect for Cultures & Communities is the only value with a positive average: +0.9. It also has the lowest failure rate at 39%. Corporate investment in cultural programs, community partnerships, and diversity initiatives is more common than ethical performance on any other dimension.
What This Data Tells Us
Every value except one averages negative. The majority of companies, on the majority of ethical dimensions, score below zero. This is not pessimism. It is 135,796 data points.
