AI-Assisted Research Disclosure
Mashinii uses automated systems and artificial intelligence to help search, structure, compare, and assess public information. Published company scores, ratings, and classifications (collectively, "Scores") are analytical opinions produced through this AI-assisted research process. Model output alone is not evidence.
1. Nature of the Scores
Scores are relative assessments intended solely for informational research. They do not represent findings by a court or regulator, guarantees, investment recommendations, or predictions about a company or security.
2. Model Limitations
Public sources may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, corrected, or disputed. Automated systems can misread context, connect the wrong entity, omit relevant evidence, or produce inconsistent analysis. Methods and models can change over time. Readers should inspect the cited sources and investigation date on each company page.
3. User Responsibility
Scores must not be relied upon as the sole basis for any financial, legal, purchasing, employment, campaigning, or reputational decision. Readers are responsible for independently verifying important information and applying their own judgement.
4. Liability Exclusion
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims liability arising from reliance on Scores, including losses resulting from decisions informed by model outputs or automated classifications.
5. Corrections and New Evidence
If a page contains a factual error, missing context, or a source that no longer supports the claim, readers and companies may submit specific supporting evidence through the contact page. A fresh investigation can change a score, or confirm it when no material new evidence is found.
